Anyone out there have any good homebrew (beer) recipes? I am making an American Amber, triple hopped homebrew.

I used to make it all the time from those cans (kits). Some of it was very good - I always thought the darker beers were the best. Never made an amber or lager that I thought was outstanding like the bocks, etc. Never got into putting my own hops, etc. into it. There is a great homebrew club and convention in the DFW area that I attended once. Some of those guys are master brewers and have some very sophisticated equipment. Homebrew Headquarters on Coit Rd. in Richardson is an excellent source for supplies and info.

Brewed beer when I lived in CO. Basement is the perfect temperature for ales. Made an oatmeal stout that was some kinda good. Also made Fat Tire that was really good too. I've still got all the equipment. Maybe some day I'll take it up again.
