Another vote for Sal's on Wycliff and Campisi's (though I would not consider theirs NY style). But my real favorite is Jim's (NOT Mr. Jims, just 'Jim's') in Mckinney, TX on 380

There is an Italian place in Waxahachie, I forget the name, that makes wood fired oven pizza that is the best I have ever had. Everything else from the kitchen is the bomb also. They make EVERYTHING from scratch there. That is the mark of any good restaraunt. No mixes, nothing pre-cooked and just heated up.
Anywho this place is on the main drag north and south through town in a strip center across from Braums. They just expanded and tripled their original size because they could not hold the crowds they were getting every night.
