OP eltomo Outdoorsman Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 29 TX	1986 Evinrude 175hp Sympton-runs once great then won't start again Recent work Water pump Carbs rebuilt / new fuel lines carbs to tank new omc primer bulb 2- coils re-glued 2 magnets spot on timing -8 @ idle Cam pickup spot on timer base nice and free Correct resistance on stator correct dva new plugs compression lowest 101 highest 104 It's killing me will run once a day 5min or 5hrs, but just once

OP eltomo Outdoorsman Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 29 TX	Oh no, had this happen on previous Johnson 150, weak starter wipes out battery then won't spin up enough to re-start, got to thinkin battery really wiped out fast trying to restart. Got a blown up looper sitting around will see if it is the same starter
