Alex Rodriguez went from Seattle to texas for a lot of money. The first time Texas went to Seattle A fan had a giant surfcaster with a giant dollar bill for bait, that he cast at Rodriguez. It cracked me up.

Like Jackthe, I caught a large (6") clam on a slab at Lewisville.

Biden famously said in the New York Observer, โ€œI mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, thatโ€™s a storybook, man.โ€

About 50 years ago (I was 15), I caught an albino sturgeon, about 24" long, in the Red River, in Arkansas near Texarkana. My buddy and I were catfishing. Weirdest fish I've ever seen.

In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

Ive caught clams , one of those long necked black water fowl that eat shad on a shakey head which bit the hell out of me while getting the hook out. A giant Alligator snapping turtle while cat fishing and the weirdest was a mantice shrimp about 8 inches long.

Fishing on the roadbed at Flat creek on Palestine. Dragging jigs for crappie during spring. Caught a wallet on a eighth ounce jig. Had twenty-three dollars and Id of a guy from Tyler. Called him from the Marina, said he had lost it the summer before. Twenty-three dollars was alot of money for a teenager in the late 70's. Pretty sure I got stoned before school on the following monday

A Berkley power worm. I was swimming a lipless crank for whites and somehow managed to grab this old shriveled to a 1/4 of the size it once was worm. No hook or line just a worm in open water on 12,000 acre lake, the odds are pretty wild.

no the weirdest thing I ever caught was a med action 6' 5" firebird rod with a crappy spinning reel, changed to a newer much better condition quantum reel and works like a charm

Its not about how deep you can fish but by how you wiggle your worm

Offshore fishing: person trying to catch a flying fish with a cast net: Flying fish by the boat, Cast net is thrown, Just as
the Cast net hits the water on top the Flying Fish a huge Yellow fin Tuna hits the flying fish - The 6ft cast net gets
Yellow Fin in for about a second then blows the net to pieces... as he gets out and ruins the net....

Army boot (at least military boot) in East Galveston Bay. Used to seeing them on phone wires on post, not in the bay!
