I'm from Bentonville Arkansas. Heading to Toledo Bend late April. What part of the lake should I go to? Also, what resort? Pirates Cove, Bridge Bay, The Coop, Holly Park Marina, Lowe's? Also, need a guide for a day. Staying 5 days. Been goin to Fork for 20 years. Ready for a new challenge. I'm thinkin a 150 mile long lake should provide that LOL ! Thanks !

I would hook up with Stephan Johnston. He can put you on them but you better get booked quick before he has no spots left. I would also stay at fin n feather resort, it a beautiful place and they take good care of you.

It's depends on how high maintenance you are. If you want the nicest place, then Fin n Feather is definitely the best. If you want to save a little money but still stay in a clean place, then there are others. Holly Park, Alpine, etc.

I would suggest booking a guide first and then letting him suggest where to stay. I would bet he is going to say stay towards the south end so that would kinda rule out Holly Park.

Just FYI - there is a www.louisianafishingforum.com You might get more info there.

Fin & Feather is nice and you won't run out of places to fish.
