S.K.I.F.F. -- it stands for Soldiers' Kids Involved in Fishing Fun. We take deployed or deceased soldiers' kids fishing on 4 hour guided trips by boat absolutely free. This billboard now stands at Business 190 and Fort Hood Road in Killeen to let our troops know we are ready to serve them...

I commend you sir. Now that is above and behond the call of duty. I ran 500 kids through my fishing classes every year for 20 straight years and there just isn't much that is more gratifying than seeing kids get all excited about fishing.
They just love it and will remember those experiences forever.

Not service-related, there is (was? couldn't pull anything up on google or bing) a program at a Lake Texoma camp for handicapped kids that solicits volunteer boaters to take the kids out on a tournament.
