 Cat Problems!

So this winter I was killing them shallow. 15+ a night. I moved into the deep and have got maybe one a night. Not even a big one. I fish a fairly large pond. I have been using chicken livers deep. I have been using a bait with a strong scent. Do I need to chum in the winter. Why arent they biting like normal? Am I using the wrong bait...? Whats up with my fishing.

I've noticed in ponds the cats disappear in the winter it's like a dead zone in ponds but at lakes it's far better in the winter I think this is due to the fact that lakes don't get as cold as ponds do in the winter

I fished shallow and deep. They just seemed to vanish!

Try fishing with a slip bobber at different depths they may be chasing baitfish in the water columns

That may be it. I go there alot tho and have never seen any people there before. Very rich neiborhood and not much people care to fish or have no idea theres fish in there. I mean there missing out but hey I dont mind.
