Hi folks. Am building a unique fishing rod that I hope to market, and what I need are fishing rod blanks (by the hundreds). Been to Cabela's and scoured the net, but find the blanks way too expensive. What I need are wholesale prices of the most inexpensive blanks out there. Don't know if anyone makes fiberglass rods anymore, but any blank type will do. Is there a wholesale supplier of inexpensive fishing rod blanks out there? Thanks you!

Check out these blanks from Mudhole, $4.95 each. http://www.mudhole.com/Shop-Our-Catalog/...hite-Rod-BlanksIf you literally need 100s, call and ask for Todd Vivian and see what he can do for you. He's a good guy and recently left a major rod/ blank manufacturer to go to Mudhole. He might have some ideas where to get blanks that meet your needs.

Try fishing tackle unlimited in Houston. I was down for business a cople of week sago and stopped in there. Its the one on south freeway. I think they sell them online, they had lots in the store, and they struck me a being cheap. I dont know anything about them.

Just wanted to help a guy out I met on the lake. He gave me a tow in and I said I would pass the word on so im keeping my promise. Never thought of wrapping my own rod but he gave me 3(guess a set) of support roller towers he makes and said he is tryin to make bills and they go fir around 30.00-45.00 apiece I believe he said. If I kmew how to post a picture here I would be happh to please educate me someone. Thesecare real nice hand crafted roller supports and I researches and most start out at nearky 50.00. Anyway all he had for contact was a phone and company name he said text is best but can call number is 817-368-1142 company is Thresher61 Fishing Company out of north Texas. He makes shark boblers and lures jigs wahoo king lures all kinds of stuff and some type of a bait tank cooler to cool water during the summer to keep bait alive longer dont know much bout that but pretty cool rig he had ya'll help him out he was a great guy keep tight lines
really enjoy this site.
