Last time I tried to get bait at Worth I threw for an hour. Ended up with a couple huge gizzards...tha was it. Before the dredging it usually only took a couple of throws. One time James and I could barely pull the net back in...but I seem to be off the mark I guess.

No I don't throw for shad not in the winter without a boat I catch a buff or carp I only take the ones that are 3 to 4lbs the bigger ones get released I don't like to keep a lot of them I take one or two and that's about all I need it'll last me a few weeks with as little fishing I do
