Went out of Hamm last week. Didn't have any trouble launching my 20' skeeter but did notice when I was loading it won't be long and it will get a little harder to load. The ramp levels out toward the bottom. I ran all the way up past B Mountain with no problem. When I got into the long stretch before spring creek I got SHALLOW so I turned back. Tons of fish at painted rock and b mountian on the graph. Several fellows were catching Crappie and Sand Bass.

When leaving Hamm Creek and going up river, Bee Mountain is on the left at the sharp turn in the river to the right. After that turn, there is a long straight run until you get to another turn in the river to the right. Right before that turn in the river, on the left hand side is a little creek. Is that Spring Creek?

Holy Moly, how have I never heard of this place? I know where I'm going this weekend. So long Byron Stewart park!

Dropped my champ 203 in there today no problem. People were using Kimble bends ramp too. Hamm is $5 to launch and $2 per person cash only so plan ahead. We could only find a few bucks cash today and the lady told us there was a ATM in glen rose lol. Fortunately we found some cash in the truck!
