The more I fish the more I seem to keep going back to bronze round bends.

I have nothing against the round bend, I just like how sharp the sickle hooks are, right out of the package.

Speaking of hook types, Lane...You know, I completely forgot to tell you I need an assortment of hooks to go with those thump buddies I bought!!! Promise me you won't sell them all out before our Mar 1 fishing trip...or at least reserve me a 100 or so of various sizes....Yes, I know, I know your web customers come first, but still how am I gonna fish your thump buddies correctly if I don't have any of your specialty hooks?

i like an assortment of jig heads ......
it depends on where i am ketchn ....
sometimes it depends on the bait i am droppin.....
and then there is the power of suggestion ....
you know when your ketchn bud hauls 4 out to your 1 ......
then i use what he suggests ....LOL
my favorite is a chrome head modified wallyeye sickle hook in 1/16 oz. .......
and i never let actual hook color influence my choice
i do think the red hooks are pretty though ....
