It's meeting time! Our next meeting is next Thursday February 7th at 7:00PM. However we have changed meeting places! Effective immediately Weekends has closed on Thursdays and is no longer available to host our meetings. I would like to thank BJ and his entire staff at Weekends for their hospitality the last 2 years. Our new meeting place is the Flying Saucer Bar and Grill in the Bass Pro complex in Garland. The actual address is 4821 Bass Pro Dr, Garland, TX 75043. They have a curtained off room in the back that they are going to reserve for us during the colder months. Once it warms up, they will reserve the deck for our meetings if we wish. In these early months when attendance is at it�s highest, we may spill over in to the main room, but that�s okay. I would like to thank VP David Simmons for doing all the leg work on very short notice to find us a great new location.

Topics for this month are results of last months Open tournament on Lake Ray Hubbard. Details of this months tournament on Saturday, February 9th at Lake Bonham. Of course we will be doing new member registration. Membership costs $30.00 per year and that includes your entire immediate family. If you plan to fish Bonham and have not joined up yet, you need to be at the meeting next Thursday. No memberships are taken at the ramp. We will be voting on the lake for our Club Championship in November. We also have PVA news to cover. We�ll pick starting times for Lake Tyler in March and we will also give out AOY and Big Bass plaques for 2012. So as you can see, we have lots to cover. Come hungry and thirsty and give the Flying Saucer a try and let�s see what we think. Hope to see you all there! As always, PM or e-mail with any questions.
