 Is it possible to charge 4 batteries with a 3 bank charger?

I have an onboard 3 bank charger. Is there a safe way to charge all 4 batteries using a 3 bank charger?
3 batteries used for a 36V trolling motor (wired in series)
1 Battery for cranking/electronics

I'm pretty sure if you could then there would be no need for anyone to manufacture and sell a 4 bank charger.

No, No, No - I agree with Slim 285. If your main motor charger is doing its job, the cranking battery should only need "topping off" before a trip if it hasn't been used in a while.

I just top my cranking battery off with a portable charger. The onboard three bank charger takes care of my three trolling batteries.

You can do it by hooking up jumpercables the same way you would if you were going to jump start your motor. It will cut your ampacity of the charger will be cut in half.

If one pops off and gets hung on the other you colul hav a mess with sparks and all kinds of stupp. It will charge it though You can do it by hooking up jumpercables the same way you would if you were going to jump start your motor. It will cut your ampacity of the charger will be cut in half. Correct!

It can be done with a timer and a relay and a little wiring change.

I have a Dual Pro switch the charger hooks up to two post on the front of it. It has a swich on top to change batteries .four wires come out the bottom to hook up to batteries .
