Might have to go to Amistad instead of Falcon. Where should I stay?

River street is good if you can get a date when in open.. theyre already booked for our tourney in May .. we've stayed at amistad resort and anglers. Anglers was ok but I don't like not having the boat right outside my door..

Amistad Lake Resort has always been super clean and nice, and they have ICON Bar and Grill attached which has great food and is really convenient. That is my recommendation.
If you like Mexican food, be sure to go to Memo's!
Enjoy your trip. One of the most beautiful lakes in Texas!

Ramada is also a good, but costlier choice. They also have breakfast in the morning, free voucher for 2 people has been my experience. And its no normal continental breakfast. Guy is there and will make you an omelet just about any way you want it. Fruit, cereal, among other things.
But, I'm a huge fan of River Street. More "at home" features thought the showers are a little tight...but you cant beat the leg room and parking.
+1 on Amistad Resorts eatery and pub. Not a bad margarita on the rocks in my opinion.
