I am new to the area and was wondering where on Canyon I could go to get on some slabs or some whites for that matter. Is there any barges or crappie holes to fish out of? I do have access to boat, but mainly use my kayak as means of transportation on the water. Thanks for any advice yall

Sorry,Ive never been on that lake but Welcome to the forum.Lots of good folks and advice on here as well as jig makers and tackle suppliers!
Not to mention the entertainment lol!

There are several around the lake but the only one I've done any good on was at crane's mill.

Last night I was reading that the cranes mill pier is on dry land but there's a good drop off right there where the original riverbed was so maybe you can get something out of it.
