Love the H2O 5/8 although I change the hooks to Gammies. The 5/8 size is a perfect happy medium between the 1/2 and 3/4. It casts better than a 1/2 and doesn't hang up as often as the 3/4.

1/2 oz for me, I can change my presentation much easier , speed, different retrieve, depth control . Also replacing hooks and fluorocarbon line.

1/4 or 1/2 oz for me if fishing 0 to 10 ft. I have caught more fish on 1/4 oz on Fork than any other size. I like fishing shallow on Fork.

If your in 6ft and less with grass, the 1/4 oz lipless crank is very hard to beat. Everyone has there confidence bait. Just for me the 1/4 oz on a Lews reel chunks far and catches more fish up shallow.

I have had really good luck with Excalibur's 3/4 ounce Xr75. Not the One-Knocker but the one with all of the rattles. That thing makes some racket. You can actually hear it coming to the boat ten feet away from you.

1/2 oz 90% of the time. Deeper water or stained water I go with a bigger profile but my confidence level is hinged around the 1/2oz.

1/2 oz One Knocker most of the time. 1/4 oz Trap when the bite is tough.

For grass fishing it all depends on depth of the grass. I don't hardly ever throw the 1/4 once however. I use 5/8 or 1/2 most of the time but love to throw the 3/4 around deeper grass.
