Hello

I just bought a boat and live in Trinty just off of FM 356 right before the first bridge and would like to know is there a way to avoid all these stumps going to say the 190 bridge (Main Lake)from Trinity. All I see is stumps even between the navaigation green and red posts, so I new to this lake and don't want to lose a lower unit or motor. Please advise

The river channel is marked and easily navigated in most areas, although there are many stumps between the markers, they are close to the edge of the channel. Stay closer to the center and when in doubt, slow down or follow someone else. The channel area in front of White Rock Creek is very confusing, but you can run all the way to the WRC bridge from the river. Go slow till you get more confidence. Once you get to the bridge, the main lake has a lot of hull buster to watch out for also.

Good luck, be safe and wear your PFD.
