Ray's Beer Batter Recipe. TRY IT!

My wife is not a big fan of fish or cornmeal.. I like the old fashioned way but i found this beer batter recipe and i have to say it is excellent! I just used canola oil (Cheaper) Try it and let me know what you and yours think. Here is the Recipe. My Wife really liked it. And i loved it especially with our yummy homemade Tarter Sauce.

I do like some battered fish occasionally,,,looks good Thanks
One thing I might add..like onion rings, the batter will stick better if the fillets are very lightly dusted in flour before dipping..

I think it depends on what beer you use. I tried a batter similar to this with busch beer and it wasnt all that great. Maybe a darker beer like shiner would be better.
