ok, glad all got resolved. sorry for the delay. with all the data we conbtinue to add, we are maxing out the charts. We have a different solution coming but for now, replacing to a larger chip we can certainly do for you such as in these cases.

Doug What size SD card is adequate to backup your data? 4GB is plently big and currently about the smallest you can find.
