Wide Range of Top Water selections....I like to see all the talk and hype over different baits and really hope to try and throw more top waters this year!

I to fish topwaters. My overall favorite would have to be a Devils Horse. I can fish both shallow structure and open water and catch fish. Good hook up ratio and the bass just smoke the thing.

Stanley Ribbit Floater and its got to be the floater variety
they are cheap, they get great strikes they miss lots of strikes which is fine with me as I practice catch and release
and they get lots of second strikes cause of the soft plastic I suppose
hard to find in dallas tho.... currently anyway
The ONLY reason to fish with a fly rod in Texas is to throw a POPPER, casting any other type fly just means you're doing something.
