Tournament on Arbuckle Sat., Jan. 19 had a 42 lb. 5 fish bag turned in to win. I think I'm going to move there ... LOL. I can count fish at night to go to sleep.

Look down through the forum...... Yes it kicks out big fish every year. You may go ten times and catch nothing also....

15. Signature images may not be larger than 600 pixels wide by 125 pixels tall. This includes logos, photos and other graphics. Also, no more than one row of images are allowed. If you want four or five logos in your signature, reduce their size to fit in one row. psalms 91:1-16

Arbuckle can produce huge bags but I don't think anyone who does not know the lake really well can expect to do that. If you look most of the time those huge bags from the same few teams over and over. It's about 45 minutes from my house and I normally leave there frustrated as heck. Last year during the spawn I had a forty plus pound bag spotted on nests. I ended up only catching a 3 & 5 lber. It's a really clear lake I was watching bed fish in ten foot of water. Sardis can put out some big bags too if you catch it right.

McGee Creek, Sardis, Hugo. Like to sight fish on broken Bow in early April. Clear water and you can spot them. Not known for giant bass but there are some and the state record was out of bb. Also there is a lot of spots and smallmouth.

I would recommend Okema Lake or Dripping Springs if you are close to the middle of the state. They have some nice chunks in them!
May the fish you catch be bigger than the holes in your net.

I would say without a doubt , Sooner lake. If u walk into the discharge u will definitely have a shot at a DD. I have several friends who have caught them and one of them has caught 2 over 13.

Sooner has some pigs in the discharge this time of year, but Sardis, Okemah, Arbuckle and Dripping Springs have been kicking out some big fish over the last few years.
In the Spring at Okemah you need 18-24 lbs to cash a check with a 4 fish limit.
