 Cibolo Nature Center fishing Update! Big Bass!

Hello fellow Tejas fishermen, caught a personal record on the Cibolo today at the CNC due to the current flow changes. The city of Boerne is pumping excess water from the dam on highway 46 just before you turn into the park to do some construction which means raised water levels and displaced fish! I was using a Gulp shad and this dude smashed it, took the drag and ran! I was using 4lb line so I landed him with care, he was the heaviest I've ever caught on the 2 footer. Anyways the water level is up like 3inches so you might see some big ones preying on misplaced fish. Thats how I reckon I caught this one! He's healthy thats for darn sure. Those are some super Bass "Creek Dweller". Looks like you got those fish on that part of Cibolo figured out pretty good. Super job catching some super fish. Thanks for sharing.
