Can anyone suggest some good baits under 10$? I lost my last Little John this week and looking for more affordable alternatives. Thanks.

Bomber makes a flat sided model A. Also you might check into the Bandit flat max

The Thin N's work well for a shallow flat side crank bait.

I've had some luck with these painted lure bodies from Jann's Netcraft, $2.95 per each

Bass pro has one that I was really impressed with I'm not sure the exact model it was balsa wood. The hooks were junk though.

These are unique flat/thin crankbaits that are kind of a secret on the local tournament scene. We use them a lot in cold water and they work great around docks.

I like the Spro Little Johns and the Lucky Craft Kelly Jordons...don't know if it is the mycarta lip on them or the tight wobble but they put fish in the boat. I feel ya on the price....sucks spending $100 for 7 lures.

I've had excellent results from the Flat Broke. Red Ear Sunfish has been the best pattern. The lure's lip is a little thin and I've cracked a couple bouncing it off a stump on a cast.
