I know what you mean Morgan. I caught a fish on Joe Pool last summer that I would have sworn was at least a 9. Dashed out to another boat to borrow a scale and it came in at 6.5 , I apologized to the guy for messing up his spot, and threw it back. He said he couldn't believe it either. I went and bought a scale the next day, I put a 10 lb weight on it just to check it out. It was right on. Sadly, I haven't needed one since.

Nice! Did you get a weight? They guy i fish with said the one from squaw was 7 1/2 on his new scales and the one from hubbard was 6 1/2 on his old scales, im gonna call bs on that one cause it is deff. bigger than the one from squaw. i think he is just mad i catch bigger fish outta his boat LOL
