I had Navionics on my Android, but it was a PITA to try and read it, with such a small screen. The GPS didn't update quickly enough either.

I use the Navtronics app for my iPad. I take my iPad on the boat and track route as well as tag waypoints. I then come home and download it to ExpertGPS.
Works great.

My Fishidy.com app has the contours like on any map, marked weed beds and timber, fish cribs, and proven marked fishing hot spots as a premium member. You can also mark spots and catches on your maps. I really like it.

I just got the Fishidy.com one for my android. My buddy had it for his IPhone and it was sweet.
