Let me do some looking. I know I found some a few years ago. Ish used them on Amistad.

Search saltwater tackle sites, I want to say Kalins makes a jumbo tube, and I think the Ish tubes were Picasso branded

YUM makes a vibraking tube that I believe is a 4.5" hollow tube including the trailer portion. They have worked well for me in the past. Maybe not what you are looking for.

Those ish tubes are a tad bit too pricey for me.

Looking for tubes with a body like these

but at least 5"

I believe Ish used the Tora tube..I have quite a few..
if you will remember Ish lost several nice fish that came un-buttoned..I think it was because he did not use a big enough hook..back then you had to go to a saltwater hook to find a 8-0 or 10-0 hook.

Reaction Innovations, Dry Creek, Canyon Plastics, Gitzit tubes, Mizmo, those are all good bait companies that make tubes 5 inches or longer.
