Isn't there a certain time of year where you have to keep all you catch and there is no size regulation?? I better check on that!

Yes there is, that is what ketchn was referring to. You can't throw any back this time of the year on Fork.

Find the boats and you'll probably find some crappie too. I haven't fished it in two weeks, but 30'-40' points, humps, channels one crank off the bottom is good place to start. I've been fishing between 154 bridge and the dam. Most people are really laid back about the crappie fishing at Fork. If you see a group of boats together, go get with em'. The courtesy distance is way closer than bass fishing. Most of the guys are really cool and will even tell what they're catching them on. We didn't do that great the last time I fished, but we usually use an assortment of jigs and minnows. Electric chicken and blue/cinnamin have been two good colors for me.

It sure is nice of you to invite people to stop by there Sparky. You should though for warn them though to make sure their extinguishers are fully charged after all a pontoon does have a deck. LoL You better also ask Sugar Pop if you can use her minner bucket while on her boat.

If you're lucky enough to fish next to Mesquite Mark, he'll provide the entertainment even if you're not catching fish. He gave Stubby all kinds of trouble the last time I was out there...I was just glad it wasn't me on the receiving end:)!
