The thread about sunglasses for script wearers got me to thinking....

I need to buy a new pair and I was curious what the majority of you wear. What color and how did you decide?

I have always worn grey, but there is a reason they have the other colors.

What say you?

I wear Amber. It brings out greens very well. I like the Costa 580p pens simply because it's so much lighter than a glass lense. With that being said, Amphibia has some incredible glasses out. The frames are very light and the lense are extremely clear

I like amber IF all I'm doing is sight fishing but prefer vermillion for everyday wear. Amber is really good as stated above to see contrast when sight fishing but simply blows my eyes out by the end of the day with stinging and irritation especially if its clear and sunny. Vermillion lets me still see good contrast but is easier on the eyes day in and day out.

I looked on Amphibias website and the lens they have that I like is called a Amber Blue. I don't have any yet, but I will soon.

The Solar Bat Mossback tint was made specifically for fishing and is particularly good for sight fishing. I also wear them in bright sun conditions. I wear the Solar Bat Amber Gradient lens for low/flat light conditions. It has amber at the top and changes over to high contrast yellow at the bottom. I just have to tilt my head to see through Hi-Con yellow at the bottom.
