I have an 06 Duramax Silverado.

I put new LED lights on my trailer last week. This was new light set with lights, wires and plug. Everything works except I have no tail lights. I made sure that all of the grounds were installed on bare metal and painted them after installed.

I have checked the 7 way plug and I have a hot contact for both turn signals but no hot contact for the tail lights. The tail lights on the truck work.

I have looked at the fuse box and I find a left and right trailer light fuse for the turn/stop lights. I can't find one for the tail lights.

Can anyone tell me what I am missing? Is there another fuse panel somewhere I can't find.

I could just use it during daylight hours but that isn't too realistic.

I will look in the morning.
Too cold tonight.
Does it make too much sense to put all the trailer fuses in the same panel.

Did you ever figure it out?

My chevy did the same thing... I added a dedicated ground from the trailer/truck plug directly to the trailer frame... works like a champ now!

Found the problem in the fuse box under the hood.
Blown fuse.
Already have a dedicated ground to the tongue of the trailer.
