Hello all and hope 2013 started well for everyone! Been real busy and the weather canceled today so i got time to post a report. Fishing been great for me...even had a fly trip. As some know i'm not much on the DeadSticking...not saying i don't or won't it's more like last chance fish Also it seems to me that they fight way harder when the are searching for food and when a big striper inhales your jig it's battle time! What i love is structure fishing...just pure you versus the fish action! Chunking and winding jigs what i like to do. Been using big assasins,flukes and roadrunners on various weights in various colors in 25ft or less with great results. Those moe's baits sure do hold up alot better than zoom. The amount of 8 pound plus fish being caught on Texoma is amazing and even a few over 20lbs!!! The thrill of stalking them down and getting into em is what i like to do

great fish chris. glad to see that that table full you had friday evening. we had a great morning friday, but gave up early yesterday due to weather , our mistake I heard

Just PUKED isn't the answer I am gonna have to do several things here. Get a NEW fishing Partner,HIRE a Real Guide,Stop going to TEXOMA. You name it and we Tried it the other Day. I was close to bringing out the T N T!!!! My LUCK the wind would of blew so hard and the wick would burnt fast and it would blew up in my hand!!

guys the bite was off for others i guess my timing and cadence was dead on. also i notice white caps in most of those pics. most days on tex-ocean i just love the big falcons steve i may have extra seat on thursday but guy has big over friendly lab with him...

Nice fish & report Chris..we had a family weekend at Tanglewood this weekend and didn't see any boat trailers at Highport when we left. Big whitecaps on Big T today!!
