There are some really great deals on ebay for 12v led waterproof light strips. I plan on getting some for the inside of the toon. What color would yall go for? They are available in just about every color imaginable. Red? Yello? White? ect.. Thanks guys

I did blue outside and off white on the inside. Get what you like--you will get many opinions and reasons why they are or not legal.

I bought the green LED light kit from The Tacklesmith for the deck of my boat..
Really happy with it!!
Currently don't have any for the exterior of the boat, but I like what I see above.

I have off-white inside and I was told that the LED lights don't put out as much heat as regular bulbs so they don't attract bugs light the regular bulbs do but I still have bugs especially when close to shore. But the outside light will absolutely bring baitfish in. I have this crappie light that I use mostly while I'm anchored now, it puts out plenty of light when you put it up high and I usually don't have the bug problem I do when I have the LED's cranked up. This pic with Soren and his boy is lit up from the camera flash but you can see kinda how it works.

I would recommend getting the RGB lights and hooking up multiple colors to 3 switches. this way one switch would be for red , one for blue , and one for green, if you turn on all 3 it would be white and with the switches you could use different on and off and get different colors. you can also get a remote to hook up to the lights that can make them any color. these lights can be any color inside and out
