We'll be back next year! I've never seen fog sit on a lake for as long as it did today with the wind blowing. Very weird! We had a great time and couldn't have had a better guide to fish with. Gary has so much knowledge of that lake. We caught fish deep, shallow, and in between. Very versatile angler. Thanks for a great day! We will be back!

Thanks guys. I really had a great time. I will make one suggestion for the future events, let's just weigh the customers fish. Since you guys are paying us it only seems fair that you catch all the fish. Besides fishing that hard makes my head hurt.lol And hey Rodney I'm sporting the LaCrosse Burly's in the group guide photo they posted earlier.

I hear what you're saying Gary, but not sure my opinion. Maybe before next year have a vote? I think even on regular client days a guide is going to fish some. Catch 22 I really don't want to see the guide not fish and if they are fishing I want my guide fishing hard! We told James to front end us and fish hard. Without the guides it might be a little more boring not as many fish caught lower weights etc.

I was introduced to Gary and a few years ago by my team partner and have had the opportunity to fish with him several times under various conditions through those years and as I told Gary after each it was a great day on the water. From my own little space in the back of the boat it is always fun to watch Heckel and Jeckle on the front deck. I know it looks like I am not paying attention but you can bet I am, anytime there are that many sharp object flying around I am going to pay attention!! I can't wait til I grow up and can fish off the front. Until then I will just keep doing the best I can from the back and as I say "It's all about the casting angles!" I am looking ahead to next year and seeing those boots agian.
Really all jokes aside I always learn a new "How to" about fishing, there are many other guide that work hard to make a living doing this but anybody that is considering booking a guide and wants to learn how to fish lake fork needs to book this guy.
Thanks again to Gary, all of the guys and sponsors that made this happen

It was much better on Saturday than Sunday. Sunday was brutal. We found 62* water on Sat., that went to 48* on Sunday.

A depressing day is when I go to Fork and get skunked. I would much rather my guide put some nice fish in the boat. It's good for my morale.
Nice fish Gary!
