Go to Bass Pro in the fly section,they have some great gloves & glove mitts,with removeable finger & thumb.

For my hands as my fingers also get cold very easy, I put on latex gloves first, that seals them from wind and water, those hand warmer things then some regular insulated easy to remove gloves.

I dont use hand warmers. I have a pair of eddie bauer finger-exposed, mitten gloves. Thats my secret black jedi gloves that many guides been asking me about Target has some mitten/gloves that work just as well and inexpensive too.
