Thanks. I am proud! He worked hard and put 50+hours into this. At 11 years old, I count this as success despite whatever the result.

Wonderful presentation. Looks very well done. Congrats to him on a great job. I could not make out the fine print...what was his conclusion?

Thanks everyone. He actually won his school's fair and competed at the district level today. I helped him clean it up a bit before he competed today. Competing against the the best in grades 6-8 proved to be tough. I knew it would be. All the winners were 8th graders, but he did get "honorable mention." This pushes him to regionals next month.
He started collecting data for next year's science fair last summer. He has big plans for next year. I'm very excited he's excited about science.

He concluded it does affect it. Most importantly he can explain how and why UV affects growth.

Pope1,

You should be extremely proud of your son's determination and grit to see this through to the end. We need more students interested in science and technology. Tell your son congratulations and GREAT JOB!
