 Fishing the intercoastal waterway ( near bolivar)

Does anyone have any fishing experience fishing the intercoastal waterway that comes from lousiana to galveston bay? I have never fished it and would greatly appreciate any insight or tips.. thanks

Ive never been to the ICW at Bolivar.
However, if you have a boat, I would focus on the mouth of the ICW and the gaps at this location:
29.554457,-94.473839
Other than that, Rollover Pass has always been a favorite for other anglers.

I have scouted out a cool place that lands me right on the side of the ICW If that's the case, I'll do what I would do: Go fish it. You may get skunked or you may have a blast. But you won't know until you try.
