I usually fish up at Ray Roberts but have never been up North past Lantanna Lodge or Wolf Island. I have headed up towards Indian Creek but turned around, looked like a nightmare to get up to Indian Creek or even Wolf Creek, with all the trees, and stumps.
Looking at map, looks like Timber every where. There a good way to get up in the creeks?

In a boat it is pretty easy, just push the throttle forward and GO!

Good fishin' fish That is good advice, just seat time and a good GPS. Take your time and make yourself a trail. Be observant of landmarks and obstructions and different lake levels. One lower unit is almost too many.. I have been fishing it for about 20 years now and zero incidents except for...I think they call it spinning the hub? It was middle of summer and I could not take off. I was always told to keep a spare with me...I jumped in and made an on the water repair...

Hire Dannie Golden to show you the ropes. Be cautious of the water level. Good to learn trails when the water is low.

I can show u all the trails to any part of raybob. I have been running and fishing the lake over 23yrs. I learned my trails real well when it was 16 ft low. For $$.

What kind of fishing you do?
Indian is not so tough to run after you have done it a couple of times.
Get a good lake map and spend some time studying it. You can make it up to and beyond the Bridge on 922 it just takes some experience. But in my experience all the best fishing is below the bridge anyways so not much reason to go past it.
I have run up and down Indian and the worst thing I ever did is ruin one prop. And that was because I was made a stupid mistake.
