Hey guys, I want a new flipping stick. I have a G Loomis BCR 855 now and like it. I was just wondering what y'all prefer??

I'm biased but I just got my new Dobyn's 766 FLIP about 6 months ago and I love that rod. If you are ever around Cypress Springs or happen to be around Fork this coming weekend give me a shout and I will let you check it out.

No. It's what YOU prefer that counts.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the input. I understand that it is my final decision on what rod I get. I was just wanting a direction to head, and I thank y'all for that!!

My favorite flippin' stick is no longer made. It's a Fenwick Techna AV 7'9" XH.

Duckett's White Ice 7'9" Kelly Jordon XH Flippin' Stick is the closest thing you can find to that Fenwick these days. And it's a bit less expensive.

If you want more of a punching/scrape rod, Ducketts 7'8" Terry Scroggins XXH is a broomstick!

Finally, the Power Tackle 104.5 in 7'6" is hard to beat.

Coincidence is His way of remaining anonymous.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If it does break, you have a warranty. Keep yo money in yo pocket.

Wife picked up a Doybns 735 Chamipon for me for Christmas. Paired it w/a Shimano Chronarch E-7 and its a smoking jig rod. As for a little heavier flipping out here I use a Doybns Champion 765 and its awesome.

I really like my Castaway East Texas Grass Rake. Castaway also has a couple of other selections if you like a different length or action.
