Did pretty good at the best Marina in the area. Over past two days, I fished Sat afternoon and this morning till about noon. Total of about 30 with about 15 being good size keepers. Caught all mine under depth of 5 feet and on chartruse and white Bobby Garlands.Rolled a few good ones to boot!

They were GOOD keepers, the kind you know don't need measuring. I was only there a few hours each day. To be quite honest, the fishing is slower than what the normal day there is.On good days, I can't say I limit out because I give them away. It was just a great day to feel the thump and stay warm at the same time. If you haven't checked it out in a few years, I reccomend a trip. The new owners that took it over from the original owner, have done a fantastic job, upgrading the store,the docks and keep it brushed in. Tell them "Grumpy 'Ol Man" sent ya! Good luck!

My friend name Bob, he is down there right now. He said, the crappies are good size , he only got 17 keepers in his bucket and it completely fill it.

Thats great news. I have been over there several times and it was really slow. Are yall catching them on the front dock or the back? That front dock is really shallow right now. Maybe that will improve wednesday.

That's because I had to go back today from 2 week vacation!Glad to hear the good bite is still on. I'm there most weekends.
