Got on the lake about 7:15 this morning. I noticed all three stacks were smoking good. I was really glad I wore my Muck boots as I had to back in to the bumper to float the boat. After idling all the way out past the island, I Ran up the lake and stopped at first bridge. I couldn't resist throwing a jig up under the bridge but they didn't want it. I picked up old faithful, the shaky head and had 6 pounds the first 15 minutes. After Pedro showed up to fish off the bridge, I ran up to the railroad trestle and caught 2 more fish,one was little over 4 pounds. Never got another bite so I ran over to the discharge side. Never got a bite. So, I came back to first bridge and caught 3 more fish on the shaky head and 2 on a medium running crank bait. Left at 1:30 with best 5 fish weighing 17 pounds. GOOD DAY!
