 Pontoon with Cabin or Small Houseboat?

I have seen some pictures of some Suntrackers with rooms/cabins in them. I am unsure if they still make those models however as I am looking for new.
Do any manufacturers currently make an economical houseboat, pontoon, or pilothouse w/ some form of inside in the 23' - 29' range that you can fish out of?

Been to their website a few times and nothing in their fleet shows anything with a cabin 2012-2013.

They used to make some with a hard inside and not canvas. I am guessing they don't make them anymore, but I figured some manufacturer may?

I hate to say it, but it really looks like you are looking for a house boat, not a pontoon with a cabin. If you are looking for a conversion you may have to fab it yourself or have it done. Either way, there aren't many "Cheap Options". The tend to sell a lot of used houseboats over in LA and most of them are set up for fisihng the bayous over there.
