My grandpa says the ducks on his pond are eating all his fish.... Is he correct or is he being old?
He wouldn't let me shoot the ducks either

How big is the pond? Most ducks and turtles shouldn't really hurt fish populations.
Blue Heron's are a different story.

Or Cormorants and otters, much bigger problem with things that can dive that only eat fish.
Don't worry about the mule, just load the cart

Pond is probably 2-3 acres. Haha no alligators on this pond, I think he is just being old! We do shoot alot of turtles out of it!

Depends on the types of ducks. Diver Ducks eat fish, for example Mergansars.
I volunteer to come shot the offensive ducks, take them home and eat them. Please PM me if you are interested.

You ever eat a Merganser? Talk about nasty. Right up there with a Scaup.
Unless your grandpa's pond is covered with Cormorants or huge rafts of diving ducks, I seriously doubt the "ducks" are eating all his fish.
Coincidence is His way of remaining anonymous.

That would be cormorants. And yes, it is illegal. However, you can apply for a depradation permit.
