Are you talking about Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri?

The Wolf would be better. Also there is another lodge and resort on the shores of Lake Grapevine, just can't remember the name but they offer lots of stuff to do there.

Glad we finally got the location streight. Now my experience with women. No matter how supporative of you they are about the family fishing trips. A woman's idea of a vacation is not going to BPS 3 days in a row.

Glad we finally got the location streight. Now my experience with women. No matter how supporative of you they are about the family fishing trips. A woman's idea of a vacation is not going to BPS 3 days in a row. BPS is not at Big Cedar Lodge. There is a small BPS in Branson and the grand-daddy store in Springfield. Big Cedar is right on Table Rock lake. My Wife goes fishing wih me 365 days a year. We went to Big Cedar last May for a week and loved it. We can't wait to go back. My suggestion, for your Wife's enjoyment, is to not fish every hour of every day you are there. There are other things to see and do. I would definitely go check out Dogwood Canyon. Go to the shows in Branson. There are caverns close by in Reeds Springs. If you are into motorcycles; there are at least two biker rallys around Branson each year. There ar several different places to go that have bike trails. Good luck!

As you cross Taneycomo and enter Hollister there is a resturant on the right of the highway that ,if still there ,has a amazing display of carved fish. They are so good that you think they are in a display tank. Wish I could remember the name. It is on the way to Big Cedar. Fishing ,food was outstanding. Not bad on Price as I remember.

How's fishing? The fishing was below norm when we went last May and it was still good.
