I have a 93 Javelin that has ran perfect since i purchased it 3 years ago. I am ashamed to say that I have not done any maintenance to her outside of changing the lower unit oil out 2 times a year and giving her Marine Stabil. I did notice this fall that as the fishing trip became more few and far between, it would take longer and longer for her to start. I want to do a little maintenance on her this spring. What should I have done? I have little knowledge of what goes on under her hood. Any advice would be appreciated.

Complete tune up, fuel lines, fuel bulb, fuel filter, a decarb and a new water pump. By your own admittance of little knowledge I would advise you to take it to a boat repair shop.
