+1 on the Flatty!!

IMO it's hard to beat a 10 yella cat. After that I like the 1-3lb blues.

Channel Cats is what I go for,throw em on ice in a cooler,and the ice makes all the blood go into the brain of the catfish. Fillet em out and really pretty white meat,..almost looks like bass or crappie.

Flatheads are def the best. I'll make an exception and keep em up to 20 pounds, the meat is pearl white. But you gotta bleed em out. I don't like keepin anything under 16 inches if I'm gonna keep channels and blues.

I like a variety ! someone told me they put cats in the orange chicken at the China food place. I think that is why it is so good.

Channel cat is very tasty. Fillet them and then eat them all this bleeding them out and stuff is crazy.

i favor small channelcat especially fried whole. i havent ever seen a channelcat with white meat.

When we fry small channel cat filets mixed with our crappie filets its hard to tell the difference on the plate.. Its all good!

I like fried catfish.
