Can you have in possession on slot lakes? Does it vary or is it the same?

Depends on the rules TPW has set inplace for ea. lake. Example lake Grapevine you can have 5 over the slot per angler and Lake Fork is 1 over per angler. You just need to read the rules per lake before you go. You can look up the rules and regulations to any lake in Texas to see what applies @ the TWP website.
