Just wondering if anyone has been out there lately. I am taking my wife Sunday afternoon. I am not looking for any secrets, just any kind of overall pattern. Depth, points, brush piles etc. I am just trying to start in the right direction as my wife's patience for my to find where they are holding is not that great.

I tried several times this past year, and it was tough every time! I would go to the dam and tried to find them on the graph.

Thanks guys.
Hey, I am not prejudice, I love catching the spots. They at least give you some entertainment while looking for a stringer. Cypress is definitely loaded with em. Trust me, there is always a shakeyhead and a drop shot in my boat at all times.

Just having an idea on what depth to look helps big time. I usually chase the green ones, but my wife said enough, I want something to put in the grease.

Well the wife bailed with the east wind and no sun. I gave it 4 hours and caught a 2+ lb. White and a 1 1/2 black. I saw TONS of bait and quite a few fish on the graph, but bites were TOUGH.
