I replaced my own. Have to find or make a spanner wrench to get the glands off. The ones below are for my engine (#15) and you get the whole nine yards for $130 apiece. Don't panic, it's a BOAT ya know, LOL. Yamaha Outboard Parts

Just had the same done on my Yammy at Fun-N-Sun in Hurst. $227.90 total.  ($58.00 parts, 142.50 labor, 10.03 shop supplies, 13.16 sales tax, 4.21 city/local tax)

Thanks for all the good info. Looks like I'll be figuring out how replace trim seals rather than figuring out the fish pattern next week.

i have a buddy that owns a industrial hydraulics repair shop. he did mine fairly cheap. shoot me a pm if you want his contact info. his shop is in grand prairie.

Just did a 225 Yamy 198.00 total. Have had a couple of Yamahas that will give you a fit because the end of the trim rod is mushroomed where the cap wo`nt come off. Then you have to pull the piston with the cap, grind off sides to allow cap to come off and re-seal the pistons too. Adds about 100.00 to it.
