Ok, i take the wife every year on a week trip to Amistad for the lasy 4 years. I dont really want to take her to Falcon because flipping the brush would be to hard for her. So, I kind of want to try something else out of Texas, maybe within 5-10 hours away from Dallas. I have never fished outside of Texas and would like to go somewhere pretty cool for scenery and some good bass fishing. What are some places you have been that are good? Thanks, Chad
Oh ya, we will go in May.

Table Rock, good lake, good scenery, and if fish won't bite there is always Branson.

several good lakes on the grand river system in ne oklahoma, plus the classic is gonna be on ft gibson so you could go check out the venue and see how it fishes before you watch it on tv. hudson and grand lake o the cherokees are good ones all lined up one connected to the other.

Lots of lakes in Missouri
Lake of the Ozarks
Table Rock
Truman
Bull Shoals
Just to name a few.
Dont forget about Guntersville, stay at the State Park, cabin or room at the lodge. Very scenic and the wife would like

My wife says the best trips she likes to go on are to Mexico. We go to Lake Oviachic every year. We take 10 days so we can fish 6 days and we go into Obregon shopping one day to take a break.
If you ever want to go just give me a shout.
I am taking a group down on Feb.22 for the same amount of time and we have 2 openings.

Each person you work with holds some promise to your future success.

Guntersville, stay at the State Park lodge. Very scenic and the wife will like it. Plus the lake is awsome and the rat fishing is crazy.

Guntersville and book Chris Lane if you can get him. If not, there are several other top pros that live there. Chris is just one heckuva nice guy and anyone would enjoy a day on the water with him. Then branch out on your own thumb

Clear Lake during the spawn and Kentucky Lake in summer would also be very high on my list.
