Hey folks just wanted to get the scoop on sandbass fishing in the early spring on fork I know they are in there more so than ever it seems as just this past year while fishing for crappie under the bridges we never caught a crappie but we did limit out on sandbass! They are a blast to catch on light gear my dad has never experienced spawning sandies before and I would love to put him on some but just dont know were to look. Not asking for exact locations just wanted to get an idea when and were to look on the lake. Thanks for all of the help!

Post this in the bass section and you will get lots of exact locations. Right off caney point is great when it warms up. Far as the sand bass run its hard to beat chandler right above lake Palestine, you can fish right off the bank or launch a small boat there. We have limited out several times from the bank there.
