+1 on going down to 12# test. I used 15lb for years and recently have re-spooled all of my wading and boat fishing reels with 12lb test. Not enough of a difference to matter greatly and with lower memory and higher spool capacities I'll take the lower test weight any day.

After alot of trying to like this line I cant suggest it to anyone. It casts a mile! 40% farther than anything else. No doubt about it.

Even with the double palmoar, it slips on fish. 50% of the time when I hooked a fish the knot slipped.
